ALOO GOBI MATTAR
INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup oil
1 onion
1 tomato
1 potato
1/2 cup green peas
1 cauliflower, cut into florets
2 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp red chili powder
salt to taste
METHOD
-> Heat oil in a cooker
-> add chopped onions to it and saute for sometime then add ginger garlic paste, cook it for sometime till it looses its raw flavor,
-> now add chopped tomatoes to the cooker, then add coriander powder, turmeric, red chili powder and add little water to it.
->pressure cook for 15-20 min (6-7 whistles)
-> now take another pan and heat oil in it
-> add gobi aloo and mattar to the pan and cook for sometime.Add salt to taste.
-> now add the paste to the vegetables and lower the heat, cover and simmer about 15 min,
serve it hot
