KALIJI FRY (LAMB LIVER FRY)
INGREDIENTS
Lamb liver 300 gms
Curd one cup
Ginger garlic paste-1 tbsp
Turmeric-1/4 tsp
Red chilly powder-1/2 tsp
1 onion sliced
1 green chilli
Coriander powder-1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder- 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves (few)
Mint leaves (few)
Oil 2 tbsp
METHOD
-> Marinated liver with curd, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, red chilly powder,
corriander powder, coriander leaves , mint leaves and garam masala for about 15 min.
-> Now pressure cook the marinated stuff along with sliced onions and green chilly for 4- 5 whistles till liver gets soft .
-> Open the pressure cooker and dry all the water that is present.
-> Add 2 tbsp of oil and stir it well for 3-4 min.
-> Add coriander leaves and stir it well.
serve hot with rice
