PLANTAIN CHIPS ( ARATIKAI CHIPS)

Ingredients

Plaintain      1
Oil
Red chilli powder   1/2tsp
Salt to taste
.
Method

1. Peel and wash the plaintain and slice them finely.
2. Heat oil for deep frying.
3.Fry the chips till light brown in colour.
4.Remove the chips with a slotted spoon and sprinkle with salt and red chilli powder.
5.Mix well and serve.
