Chicken Cutlets
Ingredients
chicken mince 250 gms
onions medium size 2
boiled potatoes 2
green chillies 4-5
ginger garlic paste 2tsp
turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
red chilli powder 2 tsp
coriander powder 1tsp
chaat masala 1tsp
garam masala powder 1tsp
eggs 2
bread crumpssalt
mint leaves
corianderleaves7

Method
1.Heat oil in a pan .Add finely chopped onions and saute for a few minutes.add chopped green chillies and ginger garlic paste Fry for a while and add chicken mince.
2. Add salt,turmeric powder, red chilli powde and coriander powder. Mix well and cover with a lid and cook till the chicken is done.If necessary you can add water.
3.Take two eggs and separate the white from the yolk and add the yolk to the above mixture and cook for few minutes till the egg is done. Add garam masala powder. .Mix well and stir fry till all the water is evoparated. Switch off the stove.

5 .Now mash the boiled potatos and add to the chicken mixture and let it cool for a while then put the mixture in a mixie jar and grind to a smooth paste. Add chopped mint leaves,coriander leaves and some chat masala.Mix well and shape them into round or oval patties.
6. Heat oil in a pan. Dip the cutlets in egg white and roll them in bread crumps and deep fry.You can also shallow fry them if you prefer.
7.Sprinkle some chaat masala and serve hot.
