KHEEMA TIKKI
Ingredients
Kheema (mutton mince) 250gms
Potatoes 250gms
Onions big size 1
Tomatoes 2
Green chillies 3
Ginger Garlic paste 1tsp
Red chillie powder 1tsp
Garam Masala powder 1/2 tsp
Lemon 1
Salt
Oil for frying
Coriander leaves 1tbsp
METHOD
1.Take mutton mince in a pressure cooker .Add salt,red chilli powder,turmeric powder and just little water and pressure cook for 2-3 whistles or till the kheema is cooked.
2.Boil potatoes and remove the peel and mash well.
3.Heat little oil in a pan and saute the chopped onions.Then add chopped green chillies and ginger garlic paste.Fry for a couple of minutes and add chopped tomatoes .
4. Now open the cooker and if there is water in the kheema ,put itb on the flame and dry it .
5.Now add the kheema to the above onion masala in the pan and fry for some time.Add garam masala powder and chopped corander leaves,
6.After the kheema is well fried ,add mashed potatoes and mix well.Add lemon juice.Switch off the flame.
7. Let the mixture cool and then shape them into tikkies and shallow fry on both sides using suffficient oil.
