MUTTON FRY

  

INGREDIENTS

Mutton                          1/2 kg
Onion                            1 no
Green chillies                2
Curds                            ! cup
Tomatoes                      2 medium size
Red chilli powder         1 tsp
Turmeric powder           1/4 tsp
Coriander powder          1tsp
Garam masala powder    1/2 tsp
Coconut paste                ! tbsp
Lemon  juice  
Ginger garlic paste         2 tsp                
Salt  
Oil 


METHOD

1.Wash mutton and put it in a pressure cooker.Add ginger garlic paste turmeric powder,red chilli powder, and salt . Mix well.
2. Add chopped onions, slit green chillies,chopped tomatoes and curds and mix well.
3. Also add coriander powder,garam masala powder, coconout paste, chopped coriander leaves and juice of two lemons.Mix well .
4. Close the lid and pressure cook for 4 to 5  whistles or till motton is cooked.No need to add water.
5. Let  the cooker cool down and then open it .Switch on the stove and dry all the water which has oozed out.
6 In a non stick frying pan pour 3 to 4 tsp of cooking oil and add the cooked mutton and fry on medium or low flame, stirring  in between. Taste and adjust the salt.Keep frying till the mutton is properly roasted.Add some more chopped coriander leaves.
7 Garnish with onions and serve.
