METHI CHAMAN


Ingerdients


Palak                         4 bunches
Methi                           2 bunches
paneer cubes                1 cup
onion                             1
greenchillies                  3-4
ginger piece                  1 inch
haldi                             1/2 tsp
dhania powder              1tsp
jeera powder                1tsp
garam masala powder   1tsp
garlic chopped               2tsp
ginger garlic paste           1tsp    
salt
cloves                             2
cinnoman stick                1
bay leaves                      1-2
oil                                   1tbp
butter                              1tbsp
sugar                               1tsp
cream                              2tbsp
coriander leaves               1tbsp


Method


1.Boil water in a pan.Add palak and methi leaves and after 2-3 minutes drain the water.Grind these leave along with green chillie and ginger piece.
2.Heat oil and butter in a pan.Add bay leaves,cloves and cinnamon.Add choped onions and chopped garlic and fry till the onions turn brown in colour.Add ginger garlic paste and fry.
3.Add palak paste, salt ,haldi dhania powder,jeera powder ,garam masala powder and sugar.Mix well and cook till the raw flavour is lot and oil oozes out.
4.In another pan take little oil and fry paneer cubes  for a couple of minutes.Add these cubes to the palak and mix well..Cook  for  few more minutes and add cream and  chopped coriander leaves  .Serve hot with rotis or pulkas.
