Tangdi Kabab

Ingredients:-
chicken legs                 4
cornflour                     1tbsp
egg                              1
ginger garlic paste       2tsp
garammaasla powder  1tsp
salt
red chilli powder          1tbsp
lemon juice                   1tbsp
pepper                           1tsp


METHOD:-
1.wash chicken pieces and make slits on it with knife.
2.marinate with salt  and lemon juice for half an hour.
3.mix egg,cornflour,ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder,garam masala powder,pepper and apply it on chicken leg piece and marinate for about 2 hours.
4.heat oil fr deep frying.Before frying sprinkle cornflour over the leg pieces and deep fry.
5.garnish with onion rings and serve hot.
