CHICKEN MANCHURIA
INGREDIENTS
boneless chicken - 250gms
cornflour - 2 tbsp
maida - 2tbsp
ajinomoto - a pinch
pepper - 1 tbsp
salt
egg - 1
soya sauce - 2tbsp
green chilli sauce - 2 tbsp
tomato sauce - 2 tbsp
vinegar - 1tbsp
METHOD
1.add cornflour, maida, salt, pepper, soya sauce and egg and make a batter
2.add chicken pieces and deep fry until brown.
3.in another pan take 2 tbsp oil, fry chopped onions, chopped garlic and chillies
4.add tomato sauce, soya sauce, green chilli sauce and venigar.
5. make cornflour paste with water and add salt and pepper
6.add fried chicken pieces.cook for few minutes and serve hot.
