CHICKEN MANCHURIA INGREDIENTS boneless chicken - 250gms cornflour - 2 tbsp maida - 2tbsp ajinomoto - a pinch pepper - 1 tbsp salt egg - 1 soya sauce - 2tbsp green chilli sauce - 2 tbsp tomato sauce - 2 tbsp vinegar - 1tbsp METHOD 1.add cornflour, maida, salt, pepper, soya sauce and egg and make a batter 2.add chicken pieces and deep fry until brown. 3.in another pan take 2 tbsp oil, fry chopped onions, chopped garlic and chillies 4.add tomato sauce, soya sauce, green chilli sauce and venigar. 5. make cornflour paste with water and add salt and pepper 6.add fried chicken pieces.cook for few minutes and serve hot.

Tangdi Kabab Ingredients:- chicken legs                 4 cornflour                     1tbsp egg                              1 ginger garlic paste       2tsp garammaasla powder  1tsp salt red chilli powder          1tbsp lemon juice                   1tbsp pepper                           1tsp METHOD:- 1.wash chicken pieces and make slits on it with knife. 2.marinate with salt  and lemon juice for half an hour. 3.mix egg,cornflour,ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder,garam masala powder,pepper and apply it on chicken leg piece and marinate for about 2 hours. 4.heat oil fr deep frying.Before frying sprinkle cornflour over the leg pieces and deep fry. 5.garnish with onion rings and serve hot.
