MANGO RASAM
Raw mango - 1/4th of one whole mango
Turmeric - pinch
Red chilli powder - 1/4th tsp
Pepper - pinch
Zeera powder - pinch
Corriander leaves few
Salt to taste
For Tempering:
Ghee
Zeera
Mustard Seeds
Curry leaves
METHOD
- Boil the raw mango pieces with corriander leaves until they are mushy.
- smash the raw mango in the water completely and add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, pepper, zeera powder and salt to taste.
- Bring it to a boil and then lets temper
- For tempering heat one small dallop of ghee and add the tempering items mentioned above.
- serve this with rice.
